Warm Weather:

Raindrop Health and Beauty and Naysa is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. Most products are fine and will not melt in transit. However, some types of products including Gummies can melt in warm weather. We can't guarantee that our heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect shape - but we will do our best to insure that they do. Here is how you can help. Please be present upon delivery, or have someone available to accept the product so it doesn't sit outside in the heat. If the box feels warm, immediately open it to expose it to cooler air. Also, give the product a chance to firm up before handling it further. Please keep in mind, that we do accept returns or provide refunds for a melted products due to warm weather.

Returns Process:

 

You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and resellable products, within 10 calendar days of shipment with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product that you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving this product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item). All product returns must be accompanied with a written statement detailing the reason for return and a copy of the appropriate invoice.
